I am writing to let you know what a wonderful experience we had with Leigh as our buyer's agent.  My husband and I have a real estate development business in Colorado and recently decided that we wanted to purchase some residential rental property in the Austin or Round Rock areas.  We discussed our plans with Leigh and made two brief trips to Texas to look at property.  Leigh did extensive research for us, presented it in an extrmeley organized format, and made excellent recommendations.  She identified neighborhoods and price ranges within which we were most likely be able to have rents cover expenses.  Leigh expertly negotiated price and terms, and we went under contract on two single-family homes in early January 2007.  The path between making offers and closing on these propertyies had numerous roadblocks, each of which Leigh maneuvered through with a positive attitude and the experience of a true professional.  She stayed on top of every detail and gave great counsel throughout the process.  She possess both the skills and attitude to succeed no matter what opportunities come her way.  We hope that they are numerous!
